This stylish apartment is located in a 17th century stone building set on a quiet pedestrian street on the Marais district.
When renovating, I kept the rough, authentic beauty of the space, emphasized by leaving certain essential materials exposed, such as the wooden beams and the stone masonry.
It is located on the ground floor, the main door gives onto a pedestrian side street in the Marais district. It feels more like a country cottage than a city apartment.
It offers everything you need for a perfect stay : a spacious bed (European king size 63 in × 79 in), a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a large stand up shower, a combo washer-dryer, a wardrobe to store your clothes, a couch to relax...

The St Bon apartment is an absolutely lovely apartment that we enjoyed very much.
It is in a perfect location with quick access to the Metro and walking distance
easily to Notre Dame and The Louvre.
There are many special amenities to this charming place to include a comfortable bed, nice new furnishings, new bathroom, and small kitchen.
It’s on the first floor which is ideal if stairs are an issue. Laurence was so easy to work with including great communication and expert recommendations.
We can’t wait to come back which is perhaps our best recommendation!

Fascinating experience, truly Parisian spot right in the heart of the city. Very quiet, well hidden around the corner from the busier streets. Laurence was a very nice and responsive host providing detailed directions for getting there from and back to the CDG airport that was just 30 min by train and 5 min walk to the door. Nice cafes only a few steps away. We were a bit hesitant about the ground floor but this was absolutely not an issue, the charms and convenience clearly dominate while staying in this place.

Where to begin, Laurence met us at her air BnB on the first day and was so warm and welcoming. This being our first trip to Paris she took the time to show us around. Every restaurant, cafe, and shop she recommended was absolutely amazing! She also took them time to get to know us a little bit which we loved! It was like visiting with a good friend. If we had any questions about any she was responded in a timely manner and was super helpful. The apartment was perfect for just the two of us, super clean and cozy. We were near a lot of restaurants but yet it was so quiet and peaceful. We had an absolutely magical time and can’t wait for our next trip. We will definitely be booking with Laurence again in the future!

We stayed here for one week for our honeymoon over the new year. The location in the Marais is fabulous for great food, fun shopping and central to the sites. Laurence is an incredibly thoughtful host and made sure that we were acquainted with the neighborhood and had everything we needed. Prior to staying she gave us several recommendations for New Year’s Eve dinner. We picked one of her recommendations and it was perfect. You must stay here and be sure to let Laurence point you in the right direction for what you need.
