Very nice apartment in the heart of the city - Marais, in a 16th century building

right next to the Pompidou centre

This is a homely and cozy apartment on two floors for up to 2 people

This loft apartment is located on the second European floor (third floor American way) of a walk up building, security is assured by doors with digicodes. Very quiet, the apartment gives onto a lovely courtyard.

It is fully equipped and comfortable.

High ceiling, exposed beams, wooden floor and 2 large windows.

The double bed is in the mezzanine floor ( you can't stand up completely in the mezzanine but the space is roomy, comfortable and allows privacy), this nice space is equipped with an independent light.

There is a small staircase to get up to the mezzanine floor.

If you are 2 people, and don't wish to share the same bed, you can also use the sofa-bed

in the living area (as comfortable as the bed).

The bathroom includes a combined bathtub-shower, a sink, a heater, a washing-machine, WC.

The kitchenette is fully stocked with 2 hot plates, microwave, boiler, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kitchen ustensiles.

Wardrobe to store your clothes, there are also some storage shelves in the apartment.

The apartment has a security door and a high security lock.

This studio is very well located in the historic Paris, in a very nice area (Marais), with many restaurants, café's. Supermarket, delicatessen, boulangerie... at the doorstep!

Please only for quiet people. No party, no noise. Residential building.

Subletting is strictly forbidden, even for a short period of time.

Only the people on the lease are allowed to stay at the apartment (and max.2)

Laurence (alias Lolotte) is an excellent host, and the space is lovely. I stayed here for three months while studying abroad. It's in a great location -- walking distance to many museums, landmarks, bars, and restaurants. The neighborhood is lively, but once you're in the courtyard, all is calm and quiet. The home is exactly as it appears in the photos, and there are thoughtful additions: extra bedding, kitchenware and utensils, even cooking seasonings and cleaning supplies. Lolotte really cares about ensuring a pleasant stay, was accommodating to ALL needs during my long stay. I cannot endorse her highly enough. Do yourself a favor -- stay at her place whenever you find yourself in Paris.

It was my great honour to have Laurence as my host and to be able to spend my lovely exchange study life in Paris in her apartment! The apartment is in the very center of Paris, steps away from public transportation! Very nice area with restaurants and supermarkets as well as bars! The apartment is very well maintained, it provides you with everything ! Laurence Lolotte is a very understanding and caring lady :) Things to bear in mind this is not an apartment for tourists, it is only for professionals or students.
